Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) Job Profile and Description
An Enterprise Account Manager's (EAM) position entails introducing Brinkster’s products and services to new and established clients. Customer interfacing includes requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, and communicating pertinent information proactively back to customers. Additionally, an EAM oversees the project execution actions and overall coordination of these service activities between support and IT.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Coordinating with support/IT for status on orders ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
- Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
- Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
Skills and Specifications
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
- Should be expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM software solutions.
- Prominent organization and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
Education and Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma, B.S. or B.A. preferred.
- Relevant training in Outside sales.
