What is bMobile?
bMobile allows you to truly be mobile. Whether you are at Home, on the Go or in the Office your changes are updated in real-time.
bMobile brings the power of corporate email to the masses. Corporate mail functionality such as advanced email, calendar and contact synchronization are now affordable and available to all. Brinkster’s bMobile supports the real-time synchronization between a wide variety of mobile devices and desktop applications. Thus, allowing you to take full advantage of your existing desktop mail client and AcitveSync enabled Smartphone.
bMobile for Smartphones enables two-way, over-the-air synchronization of
mail, contacts and calendar data between the mobile device and the Brinkster
Server. It features Brinkster bMobile Sync, which sends email messages, contacts
and calendar events in real time to your device when it arrives on the Brinkster
Server.
Supported devices are ActiveSync compatible and include Treo 650, 680,
700 w/p, Nokia E-Series, Motorola Q, and Samsung Blackjack (all Windows Mobile
5+ devices). bMobile also is compatible with the Apple® iPhones running 2.0
software.
bMobile for Smartphone includes:
- Over-the-air synchronization of mail, contacts, and calendar
- Uses the native device UI, no additional mail client download required Search messages, manage all folders

The Zimbra Desktop is the next-generation of desktop email, contacts and calendar management. You can easily setup your Brinkster bMobile account in Zimbra Desktop as well as any other POP or IMAP accounts.
Zimbra Desktop will also sync automatically all of the email, contacts and calendar updates you make on your mobile phone when using Brinkster's bMobile service.

Standards-Based Clients
Clients such as Mozilla Thunderbird, Sunbird, and Eudora can be used with bMobile to access email and even calendar data because the Brinkster Servers support of POP, IMAP, iCal, CalDAV, RSS, etc.
