Email Address:

Account@YourDomain.com

POP3/IMAP4 (Incoming) Server:

mymail.brinkster.com

SMTP (Outgoing) Server:

mymail.brinkster.com

User Name:

Account@YourDomain.com

Password:

The password chosen in the Email Manager


Important Notes:

* Account@YourDomain.com (This should be your actual email address.)

* Make sure that the Email address and Username are identical and they are your actual email address.


Brinkster has implemented the mandatory use of Outgoing Server Authentication when sending email.

The options for outgoing mail authentication must be set when sending mail from Brinkster's shared mail services.



Step 1: Open Settings tile from your phone and select “Accounts”

Step 2: Select “Your email and accounts”

Step 3: Select the “Add an account”

Step 4: Select “Advanced setup”

Step 5: Next select “Internet email”


Step 6: Complete the information for each box.

Account Name: The name you want to show up on your Accounts section.

Your Name: Simply the name you want your messages sent as.

Incoming email server: mymail.brinkster.com

Account Type: Choose either POP3 or IMAP4. If you check email from multiple devices, IMAP4 is recommended.

Email Address: Enter your full email address, example: Account@YourDomain.com

User Name: Enter your full email address, example: Account@YourDomain.com

Password: enter your email account password.

Outgoing SMTP email server: mymail.brinkster.com

If you are unable to send switch the SMTP server to mymail.brinkster.com:2525

This is how you add a specific port on the new windows devices.


 

Uncheck the “Require SSL for incoming and outgoing email”

Click on “Sign In”


All done! Your email account will now show up in your Outlook email client on your phone.
