Marketing Assistant

Description:
Work with the marketing team to execute marketing plans, interact with customers on social media websites, and analyze marketing and sales data.

Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Salary: Depending on experience - Highly competitive benefits package offered

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in marketing or business administration, or a related field
  • 0-3 Years of Experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Twitter, Facebook, Email, and eCommerce
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and with detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Internet social media tools

 


 

Technical Support Representative

Description: Work with the marketing team to execute marketing plans, interact with customers on social media websites, and analyze marketing and sales data.

Career Level: Entry

Requirements:

  • An interest in computers, technology, and the internet.
  • Familiar with HTML, POP3 / IMAP email, and Domain Names.
  • Analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and typing skills.
  • Ability to work any shift 7 days a week, (including a.m. or p.m.).
  • Excellent team skills and proven ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people.

A working knowledge with the following technologies is a plus. DNS, FTP, IP, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, cPanel, Plesk, Linux Servers, Windows Servers

Duties will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Helping clients with support requests via phone, live chat and e-mail.
  • Proactively protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate errors / problems for clients.
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing corporate needs.
