- 0-3 Years of Experience

Technical Support Representative
Description: Work with the marketing team to execute marketing plans, interact with customers on social media websites, and analyze marketing and sales data.

Requirements:
- An interest in computers, technology, and the internet.
- Familiar with HTML, POP3 / IMAP email, and Domain Names.
- Analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and typing skills.
- Ability to work any shift 7 days a week, (including a.m. or p.m.).
- Excellent team skills and proven ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people.
A working knowledge with the following technologies is a plus.
